PAPER STATION HAD AN OUTDATED LOGO AND NEEDED A NEW WEBSITE.
When Paper Station, a stationery and arts & crafts shop in Essex, approached us in mid August, they lacked social media presence and struggled to go back to pre-covid sales. They asked us to increase their Instagram following, promote their products and attract more customers to the shop. Since we’ve begun working on their Instagram — which included research of the target audience, photography and content writing — the number of followers has increased by 500% and the shop has become much more popular amongst locals. The other request from Paper Station was to refresh their outdated logo while keeping it recognisable, as they’ve been in business for 5 years and didn’t want their existing customers to adjust to a significantly different design.
